| Other Fees: Security Bond: A ?150/?180 security bond is required when you pay your remaining balance and will be held by us and returned to you immediately after your holiday providing we have confirmation no damage has occurred during your stay.

| Deposit: Please check for availability and prices before booking. All payments to be made in GBP / Euros as directed. We require a nonrefundable 25% deposit per booking and within 5 days of the provisional booking in order to secure your reservation. If your deposit payment is not received within these 5 days then the holiday may be offered to other interested parties. Upon receiving your deposit we will send confirmation of your reservation, a booking reference and information about your holiday. In the case of parties or groups comprising more than one individual, the client who pays for the booking will be liable for all persons in the party, both in terms of payments and ensuring compliance with these terms and conditions. If the booking date is less than 8 weeks before the holiday then the full payment is required at the time of booking.

| Cancellation Policy: Cancellation shall take effect only when we receive written notification from the person signing the booking form. In all cases of cancellation the deposit and any amendment charges will be forfeited. The following cancellation fees, expressed as a percentage of the total accommodation costs, will become immediately payable to us.

Within 6 weeks - 60%
